SOURCING ANYTHING

You have the spec. We find the factory.

Send the item, the spec and the quantity. We go to the factories, compare the quotes and inspect the goods. Finding it costs you nothing — our fee sits on its own line in the quote.

  • No charge for searching. The service fee is a separate line, never baked into the unit price.
  • If nobody makes it, we say so — we will not quietly substitute something else.
  • First answer in 1-3 working days, from a person — not a template.

Any Category, Any Quantity, One Contact.

From industrial manufacturing to consumer goods — we cover the full spectrum of China's manufacturing capabilities.

  • We quote across industries — not from a fixed catalog.
  • If a factory won't quote it, we find one that will.
  • Send the spec. Finding it is free.
WHY US

We don't make products. We find the factory that makes yours.

Six problems buyers actually brought us. For each: what we do about it, and a link to the evidence.

Sourcing only.We don't manufacture — that focus is the whole advantage. Not a factory. So we can put several factories making the same product side by side. On the ground. Our team works in China and drives to the workshop when it matters.
01 / FINDING THE FACTORY

Three months of quotes, all looking the same — none of them actually makes it.

We check who can make it before who will quote it.

  • Your drawing or BOM is broken into the three to five steps that drive the cost — and we only talk to factories that run those steps in-house.
  • Video call the workshop first, then stand in it: machine models, what is running that day, who checks the first piece.
  • The same spec goes to two or three factories at once; the differences go into one comparison sheet, not three PDFs.
02 / QUALITY

The first batch was fine. The second one was not.

Quality is not one inspection at the end. It is three points on the line.

  • Material in: we match the actual roll or batch against the spec before it is cut, not after.
  • First piece: it is measured and photographed, and you get the numbers before the run continues.
  • Before loading: we inspect against your checklist, and a failed lot does not get on the truck.
03 / LEAD TIME

They said 30 days. It arrived on day 61.

We quote the date the factory can hold, not the date that wins the order.

  • Before quoting we ask what is already on their line — a date given in a full month is usually fiction.
  • Most custom work is quoted at 25–30 days. If it needs longer, you hear it before you pay.
  • Any slip is reported the day we learn it, with the reason and the new date in writing.
04 / PRICE

The quote is one number. I cannot see where the money goes.

Our fee is its own line, and we take nothing from the factory.

  • Unit price, tooling, packing, our fee — four lines, not one.
  • No commission or kickback from any factory. If one is offered, you are told.
  • One spec, several factories, one comparison sheet — take it to another agent and check it.
05 / RISK

First order. I pay 30% up front and then just wait.

We shrink the first order until the risk is small enough to take.

  • Sample, then a small trial run, then bulk. Problems show up in the trial run, where they are cheapest.
  • Written terms before money moves: who pays for rework, who carries a delay, what counts as a failed inspection.
  • Payment in stages, against milestones you can verify yourself.
06 / COMMUNICATION

I do not speak Chinese, and my emails get polite non-answers.

You write in your language. We ask the factory in Chinese and answer you in yours.

  • One person owns your file — not a shared inbox where nobody is responsible.
  • Same working day reply. If we must check with the factory first, we say when you will hear back.
  • Visits, samples and phone calls are handled on the ground — not forwarded to you to sort out.

We get it wrong too WRITTEN DOWN, NOT HIDDEN

  • A category outside what we know, we say on day one — we don't learn on your money.
  • In peak season a factory may have no slot. You get the real date, not the one you want to hear.
  • If you name the factory yourself, we can only execute — we cannot also be the one checking it.

Jobs we turn down SAID BEFORE, NOT AFTER

  • False documents, an under-declared value, or posing as the factory — no.
  • Lowest price with no inspection allowed — no.
  • A deal where we are paid by the very factory we are supposed to be checking — no.
Price and value

We don't chase the lowest price. We chase a price that holds.

Seven things we mean when we say a price is good. Each one opens the page where we actually do it.

We are not chasing the lowest price for its own sake. We want stable, reliable, controllable and good value. We give you more options, we carry the risk, and once quality and stability are secured, the price is better.

Price was never the problem. Not being able to find the right supply is the problem, and finding the right supply is what we do best.

  • Steady

One factory, order after order, so tooling is not re-amortised every time. You can see where your order sits in the queue.

HOW WE WORK

What we promise, in four lines.

Not adjectives — the four things buyers check first.

✓

A visible fee.

You'll see our service fee on the quote as its own line — never buried in the unit price. And we take no commission or kickback from any factory.

✓

The factory, disclosed to you.

You will always know which factory is producing your order — its name, its address, and the people we deal with there.

✓

Photos from the line, not a certificate.

Proof of work is photographs of your own goods during production and before shipment — not a PDF anyone could buy.

✓

An answer the same working day.

You won't wait days for a reply. If we need to check with a factory first, we say so and tell you when.

QUESTIONS BUYERS ASK

The questions buyers actually ask.

Real questions from real buyers, answered without the sales language.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We're a sourcing company, not a factory — and we won't pretend to be one. We're based in Chang'an, Dongguan. That's not a downgrade; it's a different job. A factory can only quote what it makes. We can put 30 SKUs from 20 different factories into a single shipment, flag a defect while the goods are still at the factory and hold them before they ship, and carry no inventory you'd have to pay warehouse rent on. The problem in this industry isn't that sourcing companies exist — it's the ones that claim to be factories. You will never catch us doing that.
Why shouldn't I cut out the middleman and buy direct from the factory?
Sometimes you should. If your order is one high-volume SKU from one factory, buy direct — we'll tell you so. Sourcing partners exist for the other case: 20 factories in one shipment, someone who already knows which one is right, staff who answer in English in your timezone, payment terms a small factory won't give you, a partner who won't disappear mid-order, and a production slot a small buyer can actually get. Direct sourcing saves money on paper; it costs money when the factory treats your order as a gap-filler. And if you're hunting for something you can't find anywhere — send us the spec. Finding it is free, and it's the fastest way to see how we work.
What am I paying you for? (Why is your price higher than the factory's?)
Two honest numbers first: the gap between a factory price and what a direct buyer pays is commonly quoted at 5–30% depending on category and volume — that's an industry range, not our rate. Whether it's worth paying depends on what goes wrong without it: the wrong factory, a failed QC, a shipment that doesn't match the sample, a deposit lost to a supplier who stops replying. One more thing a single factory can't do: if your order spans categories — hardware plus packaging plus a custom power supply — we source all of it, from different factories, on one PO. If your order is simple, large and repetitive, buy direct. If it isn't, our fee is usually the cheapest line on the quote.
How is your fee structured — is it hidden in the unit price?
We take no commission and no kickback from any factory — not on your order, not on any order. Our service fee sits on your quote as its own line, next to the factory price, freight and local charges; the unit price you see is the factory's price, not ours marked up. Ask, and we'll send you the factory's own quotation so you can compare line by line. If a sourcing partner won't show you that arithmetic, it isn't a partner — it's a markup.
How do I know I'm not being cheated?
Here is what buyers on sourcing forums say makes them walk away — and where we stand. A "zero-fee" agent (usually kickbacks from the factory): our fee is on the quote. Refusing a factory audit or an office video: ask, and we'll arrange it. A hidden commission: we take none from the factory. Replies that take days: same working day. Skipping pre-shipment QC: never. A deposit that goes quiet: you get photos from the line, not a certificate.

Proof of our work is never a document we could have bought. It's photographs of your own goods, on the line, before they ship.
What is my real landed cost — not just the FOB price?
Landed cost is the FOB price plus six lines most quotes leave out: freight (and whether it is charged on actual or volumetric weight), insurance, duty and the flat per-item charge where it applies, customs entry and broker fees, destination terminal or port charges, and inland delivery to your door. On a small order those fixed lines can add more to your unit cost than the goods themselves. What we do: every quote comes with a landed-cost sheet — each line separate, nothing bundled into an "all-in" number you cannot audit — and each line marked as fixed per shipment or scaling with quantity, because that is what tells you whether doubling the order halves your unit cost or barely moves it. Ask three things before comparing quotes: is the freight all-in or port-to-port, are destination charges included, and is duty calculated on FOB or on CIF. Two suppliers quoting the same FOB can land at very different costs.
