Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use localStorage for the same purpose — remembering your choice. This page lists every cookie we set, in line with the ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR and the cookie rules applied by EU and UK regulators.
1. Our approach
- Necessary cookies are set because the site cannot work without them. They carry no advertising purpose and are not used to build a profile of you.
- Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
- We set no advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.
- Refusing cookies does not block any part of the site — the enquiry form, the product pages and the quotation flow all work without analytics.

Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation and with consent mode set to "denied" by default. No analytics request is sent until you accept.
4. Cookies set by others
Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this site, may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm and cf_clearance) to tell a browser from an automated request. These are used to keep the site online and are not used for advertising. Their duration is set by Cloudflare, typically 30 minutes to 30 days.
If you reach this site from a link with campaign parameters, the referring site may have set its own cookies before you arrived. Those are governed by that site's policy, not ours.
5. How to accept, refuse or change your choice
- The banner appears on your first visit and offers Accept and Decline with equal prominence. Nothing is preselected.
- To change your choice later, use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. It re-opens the banner and clears your previous answer.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will break language memory, the enquiry form and the admin login.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track: we read GPC as an instruction not to sell or share personal data, and we honour it. We do not sell or share data for advertising in any case.
6. Changes and contact
